What is Aluminum Band:Aluminum blocks are produced by thin drawing by turning them into sheets. Adhesive on one side. It can be used on metal surfaces. Suitable for protection, coating, insulation and repair. It can be used on exterior and interior surfaces. It is resistant to water, oily surfaces and chemicals. It has strong adhesion. We have productions from 20 microns to 500 microns.
Product Colors:Metallic gray color. The protective foil (liner) of the aluminum tape outside the adhesive can be made of Polyethylene-PE material, as well as from silicone paper or different polymer-based products. Protective foil is a product that only has a protective function of the film tape during transportation, application and storage, and is thrown away after application. Since they are thrown away, our products are environmentally friendly and recyclable.
Size/Dimension & Field of Application: Dimensions of the product; According to the application area and customer request, it can be cut in all desired dimensions and is easily applied. Thanks to its ability to combine many different materials such as aluminum, steel, glass, plastic and painted/powder coated surfaces, you can achieve any kind of durable adhesion you can think of.
Storage & Application and Product Usage Temperature: Application temperature of aluminum tape; It is between 20oC and 40oC. Product usage temperature; It is resistant to temperatures between -40°C and +250°C. Product storage temperature; It is between +5oC and +30oC.
