PLASTIC INJECTION PRODUCTION
The manufacturing method, which is carried out by melting the plastic raw material at high temperature and pouring it into a mold, is called plastic injection / pouring. Many parts, from the smallest part in life to the largest, are produced using the plastic injection / pouring method. The vise section is the part where the molten plastic raw material is compressed under pressure. This part is also the part that realizes the male-female harmony, which is considered as two parts of the mold. The injection phase takes place in the corresponding part of the machine. Granular plastic raw material is located in the chamber of the injection unit. The raw material, which is brought to high temperature with electrical heaters, is melted and pushed to the mold section in the clamp part. This pushing process continues as an injection process when enough raw material is melted to fill the mold and the mold is filled. After the plastic material is injected into the mold and fills the mold completely, it tries to escape backwards from the entry point in the mold in the second phase. This can lead to defects in the material, dents, ripples, warping, or undesired deformations. In order to prevent this movement, holding pressure is applied after the injection pressure. The application time of the holding pressure may vary depending on the nature of the raw material used, the size of the part and its weight. The molten raw material, which has completely filled the mold and stabilized by the holding pressure, is hardened in the mold by cooling. After cooling, which is the last stage of plastic injection application, the product is taken out of the mold and offered for use. By applying processes such as deburring and smoothing on the finished product, we take care to ensure that the requested product is delivered without any defect or fault. Plastic injection applications are used in an ever-increasing technological infrastructure and enable different processes. All plastic materials can be molded in our injection production. The main ones are; Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene-ABS, PolyPropylene-PP, PolyCarbonate-PC, Styrene AcryloNitrile-SAN, General Purpose PolyStyrene-GPPS, High Impact Polystyrene-HIPS. And all polymeric materials that our customers may request can be prepared by hot/cold injection method.
